CIOTA - Membership Application Procedure

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Prospective members of the institute must obtain the membership application form @ N10,000, provide all the details in the form and as well pay in full all annual subscription and other prescribed fees upon joining. Completed application forms are to be returned together with the following documents to the institute for processing by the Membership Committee.

Required Documents

Two recent passports size photo of the applicant;

A copy of the curriculum vitae (CV) detailing proof of employment / profession, in any form;

A copy of academic achievements (e.g certificates of graduation) and copies of proof of Membership with other professional institutes, if any; and

4

Duly completed and signed application form.
